to the point "ustadz" (teacher), I have read a article newspaper in town concerning music as effort to stimulate intellegence of baby in content, some survey also mention that way.

I comprehend that music problem still controversy, clear but for music which inviting lechery, generating fantacy is and or made as religious service medium ( so that can fly like drunken people) [the] mentioned [do] not be allowed. As for which to cheer on islam, for that nuptials may. But in this case, I have heard that which is islami is that's better sounded off [by] reading of al-quran.

Which I ask

" How according to islam the correctness concerning music?

" As music attitude to stimulate intellegence of baby in stomach of mother when pregnacy. ( what [do] not interfere in) ?

Hopefully allah give hidayah to all of us.

Music is including something that enabled [by] for no " nash" ( Qur'An-Hadis) which expressly isn't it him. There [is] method of fikh " al-ashlu_fil_asyya' al-ibahah" ( source of something that just may). As for controversy among moslem scholar, in this case begin [at] difference of interpretation of nash-nash constituting each opinion.

All Moslem scholars which prohibit music, basing the opinion of [at] Allah apocalipse.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّىَ تَعْلَمُواْ مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلاَ جُنُباً إِلاَّ عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّىَ تَغْتَسِلُواْ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاء أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّن الْغَآئِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاء فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيداً طَيِّباً فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوّاً غَفُوراً

[4:43] O you who believe! do not go near prayer when you are Intoxicated until you know (well) what you say, nor when you are under an obligation to perform a bath -- unless (you are) travelling on the road -- until you have washed yourselves; and if you are sick, or on a journey, or one of you come from the privy or you have touched the women, and you cannot find water, betake yourselves to pure earth, then wipe your faces and your hands; surely Allah is Pardoning, Forgiving.

Music or song isn't it as " word which of no use" [at] sentence.

But this interpretation by some of moslem scholars [do] not be agreed, because the sentence still have a meaning (of) public, coherence of his meaning ( till can isn't it music) requiring " nash" other to support him. Prophet alone [do] not prohibit to listen music or song, and so do [all] prophet friends.

Other sentence which is also made [by] this ban base is sentence al-Qashash 55.

وَإِذَا سَمِعُوا اللَّغْوَ أَعْرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا نَبْتَغِي الْجَاهِلِينَ

[28:55] And when they hear idle talk they turn aside from it and say: We shall have our deeds and you shall have your deeds; peace be on you, we do not desire

All moslem scholars interpret " laghw" ( word which do not benefit) [at] that sentence as bad word, jeer, and the like paling. this [is] Meaning more come near sentence intention before all. commensurable Other sentence is letter sentence of al-Furqan63 : [ QS. 25:63]


وَعِبَادُ الرَّحْمَنِ الَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ هَوْناً وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ الْجَاهِلُونَ قَالُوا سَلَاماً

[25:63] And the servants of the Beneficent God are they who walk on the earth in humbleness, and when the ignorant address them, they say: Peace.

If song or music isn't it as " laghw", the sentence meaningless isn't it song or music, even just may listen him. Thereby this sentence is insufficient [of] strength made [by] base ban of song or music.

Story Aisyah_ra a woman sing beside a prophet friend of Anshar, later;then Prophet say. " Hi Aisyah, that is no joke, because people of Anshar (it) is true admire that thing is." [ Hadith Bukhari and of Ahmad]

And so do Friend of Amir_Bin_Sa'Ad story. " I visit Qardzah-Bin_Ka'Ab and of Abi_Mas'Ud_Al-Anshari at one particular wedding ceremony, me see some slaves is singing. Later;Then I admonish him. " [Is] there any Prophet friend, expert fight badar [do/conduct] this matter among all of you?" They [reply/ answer]: " please Sit, if liking, listening with us. If not please go. We have given [by] priority in party of nuptials." [ Hadith. Nasa'I and Hakim]

Imam of As-Syaukani in Naylul_Authar mention, society of Madinah and [all] moslem scholars which in agreement by mereka, and also expert of sufi, giving priority in the case of song, even use castanets. And so do Abu_Mansour_Al-Baghdadi_Al-Syafi'I in the book of As-Simaa' mentioning, Friend of Abdullah_Bin_Ja'Far have a notion [there] no problem with song, he listens plucked [by] song song [is] his slave. That thing He [do/conduct]s [at] a period of/to kekhalifahan of Ali_Ra. So also other friend, Kadhi_Syureih, Sa'Id_Bin Al-Musayyab, Atha'_Bin_Abi_Rabah, Az-Zuhri and of al-Sya'bi.

Based on above explanation, I predict our attitude to music used to stimulate intellegence of baby enabled.

But which important to remember, even song or music enabled, that we need placed everything is [at] normal boundary [of] him. So that [do] not tend to abundant and even plung into. [Do] not all song or musics agreed in religion ethics, especially statelier song or music [of] his immoral nuance, dirty words and porno, from [at] song or music as art. In this case we need to continue to take care of conscience of matter causing decline of moral. All that return [at] intentions.
